So I roll in without an appointment requesting an oil change on my Ram Promaster 3500 Class B Campervan. Manager Rob was on it! In about 30 minutes, I'm in and out with a full synthetic oil and filter change. The office, waiting area and bathroom were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.
I was 2 seconds from getting on the expressway when my tire light came on. I panicked because I was driving 3hrs away for an important drs appointment. I was near Big E tire and my husband called them told them what was happening they told him to jave me come right down and they would help me. I got there just as my tire was nearing undriveable. The gentlemen Darryl said I got you don't worry. They were all busy with other customers but got my jeep right in and I was on my way in 10 minutes. They also didn't charge me as I guess plugs are free. Thank you to these guys. They made my already very stressful day a little easier with their quickness and care
I purchased a full set of tires last August, and was told they are good for 55k miles. Two tire rotations, and 9,000 miles later I’m being told that two of my tires would pass inspection but barely because they’re balding already. Don’t sell tires saying they’re good for 55k miles if they can’t even make it to 10. Now I’m out hundreds of dollars. Do not recommend
If I could give 0 stars I would there's a guy there who quoted me up to 9k and told me my car wasn't worth it to just get a new one right before a month ago from that incident he said your car is in very good shape very good car. So I decided to take it somewhere else everything this guy was describing was a lie. Never again will I be going back there.
